You must submit an original photo and description (not to exceed 500 words) using #FreeTheSoul ("Entry"). The photo must feature an automobile that embodies the theme “Free The Soul”. The brief description of the photo must include an answer to the question, “Once your car is protected (with Turtle Wax®), how are you using your car to explore/be free?” Entry must also comply with all Official Rules below. There will be one (1) Initial Judging Period to select ten (10) Finalists. Those Finalists, upon submission of an eligible adventure description, will be entered into the Public Voting Period to determine their ranking for a prize. All eligible Entries received during the Entry Period will be included in the Initial Judging Period for the chance to be selected as a Finalist and will be judged based on predefined judging criteria as later described in these Official Rules. Public voting to determine the ranking of the Finalist prize winners begins on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 12:01:00 am EDT and ends at 11:59:59 pm EDT on Friday, July 31, 2015. All Finalist winners will be announced by August 31, 2015.

Entry submissions may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any material that: a) is sexually explicit or suggestive; is violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; is profane or pornographic; contains nudity;
b) promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message;
c) is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group; appears to duplicate any other Entry submission;
d) defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people, products or companies;
e) contains any personal identification, such as personal names or e-mail addresses (other than as provided on the entry form);
f) contains any unauthorized third party products or trademarks; g) communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which the Sponsor wishes to associate;
h) infringes the rights of any third party (living or deceased);
i) violates any law; and/or
j) promotes any direct competitor to Turtle Wax.
During the Initial Judging Period, all eligible Entries will be judged by the Judge in its sole discretion based on the following weighted criteria to select ten (10) Finalists:
• Free The Soul brand essence (0-50 points).
• Creativity of photo and description (0-25 points.)
• Quality of photo (0-25 points).
The Entrants who submitted the ten (10) highest scoring submissions will be selected as Finalists and will be notified on July 3, 2015. Finalists will have until 11:59:59 pm EDT on July 10, 2015 to submit a description (500 words or less) describing his or her ultimate 3-day road trip adventure with an approximate retail value of no more than $4,999.99.
Beginning on July 15, 2015 at 12:01:00 am EDT, the eligible Finalist Entries will be posted online for public voting. Voting ends on July 31st.
One (1) Grand Prize: A #FreeTheSoul Adventure Experience. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of this prize package not to exceed $4,999.99. Prize must be redeemed within one calendar year of execution of the Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release.
One Each (2) Second Runner-Up and Third Runner-Up Prizes: $500 Walmart Gift Card plus a full line of ICE products. Terms and conditions of the Gift Card apply. Approximate retail value $585.94.
Seven (7) Public Vote Finalist Prizes: $250 Walmart Gift Card. Terms and conditions of the Gift Card apply. Approximate retail value $250.
